Whilst every effort is made to fulfil orders safely and efficiently, sometimes items can become damaged in transit.

If this happens, let us know as soon as possible and we will send you a replacement or process a full refund immediately.

If you are unhappy with the product you have received or have had a change of mind, please return your item to the address below and we will process you with a full refund.

All products include a 12-Month Warranty. If the product develops a fault or fails to perform within the first 12 months of purchase, we will replace it free of change.
